At 36 years of age, a 10-time Bundesliga champion and Champions League winner, Lewandowski is the oldest and most decorated player in the Barcelona squad and he has revealed the support he has been offering to Yamal as he outlined the biggest challenge facing the youngster.

WHAT LEWANDOWSKI SAID

He said on Rio Ferdinand's podcast: "I always try to give him some advice because, on one hand, it’s incredible what he has achieved and what he’s doing, but he also has to realize that soon he’ll face the big challenge of maintaining this level and even going further. And we’re not just talking about the next two or three years—maybe the next ten. About what he needs to do to stay at the top until he’s 28, 29, 30 years old or even longer. That will be the biggest challenge of his career."
