Breaking into Dominion to put a stop to the Timekeeper’s reign is going to require guts and some cardio, since no vehicles are permitted inside. How to Investigate the City Wall in Borderlands 4
Once you leave Moxxi’s Bottoms Up, you can head to the center region of Lopside in Carcadia Burn, where you will notice on your map that towards the east, there is a purple trail of Eridium. Players can continue heading east, where they will enter through Siltgrasp Canyon. Continuing on, players can find a grapple point that allows them to press on, and then they will eventually find a crashed part of Callis’ ship from the mission prior. Once inside the ship, press the red button facing the east door of the room to open it, where you will then be inside Carcadia District in Dominion City.
Continue to advance forward, where you will want to climb the metal debris on the right to then walk into the wind boost that will propel you upwards to find a grapple point on the left. Continue advancing along the linear path, and you will drop down into a cave system that unlocks your first Fast Travel Station in Dominion: Final Defiance. After Levaine has finished talking, head down the rock slide and head east through the Carcadia District to locate The Lockaway.
How to Find the Lockaway Datapad & Open the Safehouse in Borderlands 4
Now, it’s time to unlock the Lockaway as a Safehouse. All players need to do is enter The Lockaway, where upon facing the north west wall, they will see a mural of the Timekeeper. This can be grappled, where players can then follow up the stairs and grapple further up to discover a Data Pad on the north wall on a table. With the Datapad acquired, activate the command console opposite the Golden Chest, and then speak with Levaine to complete the quest.
